The NWPA Disaster Response Group is a joint project of EMMCO West, Inc. and NWPAERG [Northwestern Pennsylvania Emergency Response Group]. It is funded through grants provided by the PA Department of Health, Office of Public Health Preparedness, and serves Erie, Crawford, Forest, Warren and Venango Counties; plus Clarion and Mercer.

As of July 1, 2011, the new procurement routing process has been implemented for submission of all equipment requests. To clarify the process for routing of equipment requests from initiation of request through purchase order execution, please review the following instructions under Operations Page.
